Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, by connecting with us
on hello.paperbaag@gmail.com. Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not
been shipped by us.
Cancellation is not applicable for any handmade or customised product. Once a custom order has been placed, you cannot cancel it.

In case the products are unavailable and the order is cancelled from our end, we will refund the complete amount and it may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. You will also receive an email regarding the same within the next 24 - 48 hours.
