PAPERBAAG COMPANY is a subsidiary of PS PAPERBAAG LLP, an entity incorporated under the laws of India, having registered office at
H No. 152, Garden Avenue, Talab Tillo Road, Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir- 180002,
acting through its authorized signatory, SUMEDHA MAHAJAN & PRIYA GOUR, authorized vide board resolution, dated 1st FEBRUARY 2020.
Customer Service
At PaperBaag Company, we are committed to providing you with quality products and
exceptional customer support before and after you buy the products or use our services. We venture
on to making your experience, both enjoyable and easy with us. We promise you transparency in
terms of pricing and availability of the products.
If there are any delays from our end in terms of preparation, availability and/or shipment of the products, we will notify you well in advance.
Shipping Policy
We at the PaperBaag Company provide pan India shipping for all items listed on the website.
On an average, shipment cost of package upto 500 grams is INR 120.

- All pre-manufactured orders usually get shipped within 7 working days.
- All handmade products or customised products that are made-to-order have dynamic shipping time frames, mentioned within the product description, or as communicated to you personally. The duration of shipment for these products may vary depending upon the availability of raw materials & weather conditions.
You will get a tracking ID in your inbox as soon as the order is shipped. In case of lockdowns and
unforeseen circumstances, please expect a delay in the delivery.
We have partnered with verified and reliable courier companies. We are not
liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company or on account of any factor beyond the
control of the PaperBaag Company.
Returns/ Refund
1. If you have received a damaged product:
Drop us a mail at hello.paperbaag@gmail.com with images of the damaged product, your order number & contact details within two days of receiving the order. We will verify it and send a fresh piece or refund your money whichever is preferred. In case of a complete refund, the amount may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

2. In case your order is cancelled from our end:

The entire amount paid will be refunded. You will also receive an email, informing you about the same. It may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing the order, by connecting with us
on hello.paperbaag@gmail.com. Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not
been shipped by us.
Cancellation is not applicable for any handmade or customised product. Once your custom order has been placed, you cannot cancel it.
Privacy Policy
The Paperbaag Company protects any information that you share with us on
www.paperbaagcompany.com when you use this website. All information such as name, contact
information, demographic information etc. is used exclusively to provide you with better services and
offer timely updates and ensure accurate delivery.

Any and all disputes or differences arising out of or in connection with terms and conditions and
performance, shall, as far as it is possible, be settled amicably through good faith and consultation.
All disputes are subject to courts of Jammu and Kashmir Jurisdiction only.

All the intellectual property rights including copyrights in the designs, patterns, concepts, artworks
etc. as may be created by us and are under the scope of our work shall vest with PAPERBAAG COMPANY. These shall be the sole and exclusive property of the PAPERBAAG COMPANY. Should anybody, individual or organisation, use our intellectual property for reselling or share them with another third party involved in business like ours, without our consent, it will be considered as violation of our exclusive rights or be termed copyright infringement. Copyright violation can lead to legal implications.
